PRIVACY POLICY

Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the way in which we handle your personal data.

Vodolim, owned by Vanja Brundula (hereinafter referred to as “Vodolim”) is committed to the protection of personal data collected in accordance with the fundamental principles of data protection, primarily acting in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: “Privacy Policy”).

DEFINITIONS

Vodolim is not responsible for the loss of personal data during transmission to the website.

Only authorized employees of Vodolim and trusted third parties whose use of personal data is necessary for the execution of business interests, as previously stated, have access to personal data.

We store personal data for the duration of the business (contractual) relationship, until the revocation of consent, or as long as required by regulations.

Vodolim cooperates with the supervisory authority in the case of a personal data breach, about which it must report within 72 hours from becoming aware of the breach. If it is likely that the breach will result in a high risk to the individual, the data controller must notify the competent authority without delay. If it is likely that any form of processing will result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the data controller must conduct an impact assessment of the envisaged processing operations on the protection of personal data. One impact assessment applies to multiple similar processing operations.

Vodolim is committed to adhering to the fundamental principles of privacy and data protection, which is why we regularly review our privacy policy to monitor and align data practices with privacy and data protection principles.
