In the construction of low-energy houses, we use the highest quality materials. Donja Stubica The first true low-energy house, which uses free energy from the ground for heating through a geothermal heat pump system, and free solar energy for heating sanitary water through solar panels, has been put into operation. The construction of such a building is 35% more expensive than traditional construction, but the costs are quickly recovered due to enormous savings in energy consumption. The construction of the building took just over 12 months.
BUILDING DATA: A detached family house with a living area of 150 m², a low-energy building of ``A`` energy class, with an energy consumption of 25 kWh/m². The heating and sanitary water system installed is a VIESSMANN VITOCAL 242-G heat pump. A VIESSMANN VITOSOL 200-F solar system has been installed.
PRIMARY SOURCE: 750 m² of land / 500 m of pipe distribution / depth 1.3 m.
SECONDARY SOURCE: Underfloor heating / 1200 m of piping.
