Celebrating 50th Anniversary of Vodolim – Proud History, Bright Future

Around six hundred guests, together with employees and owners, celebrated the great 50th anniversary of Vodolim from Donja Stubica. This celebration not only highlighted half a century of success but also paid tribute to the generations that have shaped the company from its beginnings to today.

Vodolim was founded in 1973 by Leopold Brundula, who opened the first workshop in the Brundula family yard, with the main activity being water supply and plumbing installations, as well as construction sheet metal works. His vision was continued in the mid-eighties by Krešo Brundula, and in the nineties, the business was further boosted by Katarina Brundula, significantly accelerating the company’s growth and development.

Today, under the leadership of Vanja Brundula, Vodolim employs a hundred people and ranks among the top 5 plumbing companies in Croatia. The company successfully operates in two markets – Croatian and German – focusing on plumbing installations, central heating and ventilation installations, as well as projects in the construction of commercial and public buildings. In addition, Vodolim is increasingly developing in the engineering segment and investments in residential construction.

At the ceremony held at the Sports Hall in Donja Stubica, General Director Vanja Brundula welcomed numerous guests, partners, sponsors, and friends of the company. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of Vodolim’s history and tradition:

“History and tradition are the foundation on which we build our success. Grandfather started everything, our parents continued and developed the business, and we, as a new team, adapted the company to modern challenges and gave it new energy. Today, we have shown our partners that we are one of the leading plumbing companies in Croatia, with the intention of further development in the construction sector. We remain a small company for big projects.”

Through five decades, Vodolim has become recognized for its quality and innovations, and the 50th anniversary symbolizes not only past achievements but also a bright future ahead.
